Fran (PQ FRAN) Cornelius, Moderator

 “PQ Fran” has been on DSP since April 2006.  The “P” stands for photo—she has loved photographs all her life, and did a lot of paper scrapbooking for years prior to discovering digital scrapbooking.  The “Q” is for Queen—this is self-explanatory.  All hail the Queen!

PQ is extremely busy home schooling her 15 year old daughter and being the CEO of her family, but still somehow finds the time to create hundreds layouts.  Her family refers to her digital workshop as the “lab-or-a-tory”, and when she is engrossed in her projects time and the rest of the world cease to exist.  In addition to posting her work on DSP she makes books, posters, slide shows, etc. for schools, a local theatre, and as gifts. In addition to working on photos on the computer, she also enjoys taking pictures with her Canon 40D and some really cool lenses.   She adores the Granny Thread and values the friends she has met on DSP.

Her favorite junk foods are chocolate and wine (not necessarily always in that order).  Her favorite foods do not contain trans fats (she is known all over Montana as the “trans fat nazi”).  She does not like new foods—her philosophy is “if you did not try it in the first 40 years, do not try it in the second 40 years.”  Her favorite color is burgundy.  Her favorite thing to do on the weekends is not setting an alarm clock and sleeping in. 

PQ gets much of her inspiration from her children and from her peers on DSP and hopes that she provides inspiration for them as well.
