Kim is a native of Colorado and makes it her home with her husband and five children. She and her family find themselves in the throws of a very busy life. In her travels, she has been to Mexico, Germany, Canada, and many states in the US including fishing with the bears in Alaska.

While everyday life and family activities do keep her quite busy, it doesn't stop her from cultivating her love of graphics and photography. She started using the computer to create digital art using Corel Draw in 1992 and after that began digital scrapbooking in about 2001 using Print Shop and Corel Draw. Well, when her friend suggested she try Photoshop, she was instantly hooked and never looked back! Then, when approached by an online site to start a digital scrapbooking shop for digital downloadsthe big adventure eventually lead to joining Digital Scrapbook Place. Kim loves it here and has made it her virtual home ever since!

Learning digital photography and furthering her talents is a huge passion for Kim. When she isn't scrapbooking, she looks for opportunities to learn and further this passion from taking photos to post-processing.

In her spare time, she tries to live a well-rounded life by dreaming, learning new things, spending time and trying new wines with friends, playing, learning and planting flowers with her children, sitting outside on the porch swing with neighbors, website design, cooking, baking bread, and so much more.

While she adores Pizza, coffee flows through her veins. And, chocolate, don't forget chocolate. She has an Associates Degree and would love to go back to college for something, anything...maybe even Photography someday!
