Pam lives in the North Island of beautiful New Zealand.
Originally from UK she emigrated almost a decade ago to run a business in NZ with her husband. She has 3 energetic happy children who keep her busy, and provide plenty of photo opportunities and stories for her scrapbook pages. Her background training is in childcare and European languages, but she has always had an interest in graphic design and art.
Pam discovered Digital Scrapbooking and DSP on the same day. An avid paper-scrapping friend lended her a Scrapbooking magazine, in the hope of encouraging Pam to take up the hobby. Little did she know that in that magazine was an article on Digital Scrapbooking, with an address for a website called DSP. Having just received PS7 for Christmas and not really enjoying all the glue and little bits of paper stuck in her hair, she hastily pushed aside the paper supplies, started up the computer, typed in DSPs address and never looked back!
Pam does still enjoy the odd fight with paper, glue and scissors, as she now works in a craft shop part time and also has regular 'Craft Project Evenings' with a group of friends.
Other hobbies that get squeezed in are reading, (travel journals and real life type books are among her faves) swimming, preferably in the ocean on a hot summers day, revising her rusty French, photography, eating out at an Indian or Thai restaurants and snuggling up with her kids in front of a good movie.
Her favourite place to go on vacation is England, to visit friends and family, but she would love to take off and travel worldwide and she often dreams up elaborate adventures for 'one day'! Nowadays those plans include detours to visit the many new friends she has found through DSP.
