Sharon lives in New Zealand with her husband, two sons and one cat. She is the only female in the house but prefers it that way. As a long time science fiction and fantasy fan, she would much rather play with a light sabre than Barbie! She started off paper scrapping in 2002 after seeing a friend’s album and loved it but was frustrated by the clean up and constant running out of supplies. She discovered digital through a friend who commented to her one day “Lauren does scrapbooking but she does it on the computer”. Curious, Sharon googled the name Lauren Bavin, found DSP and her days of paper scrapping ended. She uses Photoshop Elements to make her pages and loves to learn new techniques and tricks.

When she is not scrapping, Sharon likes to read, learn how to use her camera better, watch a bit of TV (Dr Who is a favourite) and avoid housework. Occasionally she interacts with her family. She would love to do more travel but needs the winning lottery ticket numbers so she can pay for it– anyone have them?
