Seasonal Avatar- anyone care to join me?

I wanted to change out my Christmas avatar with something that would get me through the rest of winter. I love checking out fun and unusual avatars. Anyone else up to the challenge? Let's see some COOL stuff! Or perhaps our warm weather friends can give us an idea of what their winters consist of.

I used the snowy overlay from Meryl Bartho's Christmas Treasures kit and the chalked edge from Lauren's Freebie Edges.

I snipped snow from a picture I had from last year and then added some snow flakes for mine.
I LOVE snow and am hoping for at least one good storm this year!

I upload my avatars to DSP in my avatar album. That way to change them out I just link right to the gallery image instead of uploading it again, and I get to see them all. Some were a lot of work, and it's a fun way to display them after I've moved on!

Here's Mine All pictures I have taken. The spring picture was last spring. The snow last week.. and the winter sunset in the last two weeks. Here in Oregon.

Danzinst--Just make a square-ish layout, as usual, then downsize it to meet the avatar size requirements (125 by 125 pixels or 50.0 KB, whichever is smaller). Stick with large images and texts so they'll show up well in the miniaturized version.

Click on the Quick Links to get a pull-down menu and choose Edit Avatar. Browse to find your avatar file, and voila, you're in! HTH

I have a question. How do you put an avatar on here?? I have seen some that look like comics, some are real pictures ect.......... HELP !!!!!!!!!

YAHOO !!! I did it ! I added an Avatar and a picture of me and my little guy Blue. He is a 20 month old Medicine Cap Paint !! I Love him !! As you can tell it was VERY cold that day and I must of had about 3 jackets and 3 shirts on! My gloves are in my pockets. Boy, do I look bulky or what ?!? LOL Well, I hate pictures of myself anyway, so I am glad it's a good picture of Blue!! Hee Hee :D

Kimberly. just scroll up to Judy's reply... that gives you a start. When you have your image, you will need to add it by going to your control panel-- edit avatar. You have one there already, so you must be familiar with the steps. Good luck!
