Newbie question about challenges

Hi All, I've been trying to figure out about challenges. Is there a time limit on most of these, as some seem to have a lot of posts over a long period of time. For my first posts, should I just put them in the general area, or shall I post them into an older challenge area that fits the theme of my page? I'm so confused! :confused:

If the challenge is still running then put it in the gallery - otherwise just put in your main gallery.
You can search the forums to usually find out about certain challenges and their due dates.
If it is a current challenge it will be listed on the homepage (scroll down a bit)

you can do old challenges anytime, after the due date. They're there to inspire you to make pages "outside your box" and it's just a bonus to play along or win a prize. You could post the layout in the challenge gallery if you did the challenge, or in your main gallery. You don't hav eto post a page in a challenge gallery if you don't want to, nor opst something that "fits" in that gallery if you didn't specifically do that challenge. No real rules...

For curernt challenges, go ahead and post in that gallery and in the challenge forum. Many of them have wrap-up chats that are fun to attend!
