Giving page as a gift... need cc on layout

I am preparing a page to give to my son's godparents on his blessing day as a thankyou for agreeing to be godparents. Please take a look at it and offer any cc to make it look more polished... I am new at this!:eek: Thanks in advance:)

Very nice! Great journaling and photo. And the colors and stars feel young and fun.

My one thought is - if they're both godparents, I'd change the title to Godparents instead of just Godparent. (I'd leave it singular in the journaling, though.)

I love it! How adorable!!!! :) I agree about changing the top part to say Godparents but leaving the journaling alone.
