Free Photo Organising Software

Im going to put this thread in a couple of places so everyone can find it .... In case you didnt know -- Google have purchased Picasa and it is now free - its a great photo organising and emailing tool and one I would recommend heartily


This software used to be $29 and now its free thanks to Google

Ive just installed this - unfortunately its an older version and doesnt support pngs which is a pity - it would be the ultimate if it did, but its still great for your photos and jpgs, and it does recognise photoshop files as well which is a bonus for ps users

I did a bit more investigation and it DOES support pngs - you just need to go into the file types in the menu and select png - and viola - its great - awesome and all that and woo hoo its free!!!- Ive already found heaps of photos Id forgotten all about

Thnaks for that Lauren - I had already downloaded it but hadn't found the bit where you could specify file types. It is updating as we speak. I love free stuff.
