Need help with PSP Studio

Hi,
I'm trying your first psp tutorial, but i am using psp studio (apparently a light version). I cannot get the pg. to 8.5x11..only 8x10. It wants to go in units, and will not allow for a point (ie. 8.5000). I'm getting frustrated already. Is this program really limited, or am I?

Without seeing your new page setup - I don't know if its the program or you. While in PSP and trying to set up a new page take a screen shot. Hit print screen then open a new file and hit paste. Save it as a JPG and post here so we can see :)
