Here is my second LO (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=76352&cat=500&ppuser=40140) I was inspired by Sandra's signature. I really loved it!!
I am wondering if it is too busy, what with the word art and the wording background/overlay. Maybe I shouldn't have used the drop shadow on the wording. At first I had the wording behind the overlay but I have brought it forward to try and make it stand out more. Also, I don't like the edges of my pictures to be too 'stark' so I fussed with this one a bit. I don't know how to use all of the features of PSP yet as I am a real newbie to all of this. Please let me know what you think and any ideas you may have for improvements.
