Can anyone offer any suggestions on where I could put journaling on this LO? I really want to add something, just to tell the story of what happened, but I feel like anywhere I try to add it, it throws off the whole LO.

I tried putting it between the 2 bottom photos on a matted paper, that didn't work. I tried putting it on either side of the top middle pic, but it looked unbalanced. Unless I found something to go on the other side. But I'm not sure what to place there. Unless I put a little jounaling on either side of the middle pic. What would I place the journaling on? Any suggestions? I'm also using the "give thanks" freebie and the fall kit by shabby princess.

Thanks for your help,
Renee

This is a fabulous layout the way it is so I can certainly understand why you wouldn't know where to put your journaling. But have you considered doing a 2nd page.....and then putting the journaling there? I am guessing you might have extra photos or you can make the one in the middle bigger and move the little ones on the sides to your 2nd page. I have done a couple if you want to see some examples of 2 page layouts. HTH.

Sure just click the link above and you will see a few examples (I think they are buried on page 2 and 3) but I also know that Amanda here also does a lot of 2 pages....you might want to check hers out too: http://digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=12

If you didn't want to make a second lo, you could move the two smaller photos up. Keep them in the same place in retrospect, but move them up some. Then add you journaling on the bottom in the middle. It is a great lo, I think youy baby is so cute in that pumpkin.

Another option might be to put some journaling on a vellum layer and divide it up between the two sides. Of course it depends on how much journaling you have, but just play with that and see how it looks.
