DSP university questions?

I am wanting to take the layout design course. Can we only sign up at certain times? I see it says there is a late fee after the 5th. Do we only sign up at the beginning of each month? Also, is this a non-program specific class? I have photo Impact 10 and I have noticed that most of the classes are not in that format. I can easily follow along, I am sure, just wondering.

The layout design course will be offered again in April (we have just finished the february class). It is non-program specific, mostly focussing on the layouts themselves. However, we do have a couple of places in the notes where software is mentioned (mainly to do with colour and drop shadows). Photo Impact is not specifically mentioned but between us I think we can work it out. We would love to see you in April!!
