Has anyone had this problem ???

I was lucky enough to win two prizes here at DSP, i tried to use them today and i had a problem with both of them. Firstly wehen i tried to use the first one it came up with the item in the cart wasnt valid on the voucher or something so i retired with a different item and then it came up saying the coucher had already been used :confused: but i hadnt brought anything as the previous attemped had failed. The the same thing happened with the second voucher :(
Any ideas anyone i have emailed the prize patrol about it but i wondered if anyone had had this problem because i havent had it before.
