What Kind of darkroom are you using

I thought it may be a good idea if we found out what kind of darkroom we are all using.
You may have a traditional wet darkroom or a digital darkroom i.e. photoshop
or paint shop pro etc
I have a digital darkroom PSCS what is everyone else using?

Yeah! Someday I would totally LOVE to have a wet darkroom (sounds slippery, eh?), but I use PS and Fireworks, and am trying to learn PSP, but fighting these vectors and layers every dang step of the way......... :)

LOL Amanda...me too...PSP 7 I have psp 8 but when I resize my pix keep looking blurry no matter what I do. :( I do need to learn psp 8. we'll see.

Right now- using the 30 day trial version of PS CS- hopefully DH will give me the money to eventually upgrade from PS7!

I took a photography class with a darkroom lab a few years ago- I had a blast developing the film and pictures but realize I just dont have that kind of money to invest in something like that!

I have both a darkroom and digital (PS7) but find my traditional darkroom being used less and less as I spend more and more time at the computer, plus there are no chemical smells at the computer and no cleaning up afterwards

digital darkroom: photoshop 6 and a bunch of plug-ins (really like buzzpro and just got Virtual Painter)

My husband took a darkroom class last year. For a surprize I bought him a DayLab for developing without a darkroom. But he said that he doesn't want the chemicals in the house so... we shall remain digital darkroom only Our local arts center has a darkroom that you can rent time in (it doesn't work out with his hours) but it may be available in your community. My daughter will be taking photography next year in school so we will see what comes of that)
