Opanda PhotoFilter includes more 100 types filters in it, they are all kind of color photo filter about Kodak / Cokin / Hoya. I use Opanda's EXIF Viewer and love their stuff.... thanks for sharing this link!

Do these filters require some other program to run or can they be used in PS? What is the difference between Aqua and Panther style?

I downloaded thise and I can not find the apply button LOL.
Its a stand alone program from the looks of it.
I have to figure this out I love plug ins for PSP so this should be great to.

click the little blue arrow - it will apply to photo

I just downloaded it and it does have some interesting filters! For some reason I wasn't able to successfully download it from the opanda site, but was able to get it through from another site: http://www.photo-freeware.net
