Email notification of private messages?

Just curious - I used to get an email notification that I had a private message waiting for me. But lately, I've received pm's without any email notifications. I just happen to notice my "private message" link shows unread messages when I visit the forums. No big deal, just wondering when this changed?

Maybe your options settings got a poltergeist and got changed somehow :eek: .

or go to User CP link above, Change Options and check the boxes to enable popup windows or email notifications again. Then you should be all set!

I went into edit options and confirmed that I already had checked the box that enabled email notification of private messages. So, I don't know why I'm not getting the notification emails. I just now checked the box for a pop-up box to appear once a pm is posted for me. However, I'm not in the forums that much and an email notification would work much better for me. I wonder why it's not working?
