I am new to this digital scrapbooking. I've done one LO and wanted to get it printed to see how I liked it. I had done my research and was gonna use costco's online site and have a 12x18 printed (my 12x12 LO plus 3 4x6's). I uploaded to costco and started the order then realized I had to be a costco warehouse club member.
We don't have warehouse nearby, so I don't want to join.
What are my other options?
I've looked at mpix.com (they charge 4.99 to 5.59) and whcc.com (I couldn't find the price, online site seems confusing)

That just figures. I get interested in digital scrapbooking and now it looks like I might not be able to do it.
All my albums are 12x12 and I HAVE to print them!!

Can anyone offer any other CHEAP suggestions? I can not afford to pay $5 a sheet.
Thanks,
Lysa

I have not used them. Just know of them. Have you considered printing in 8x8 to use your home printer?

trust me the costco thing pays off. most places to print in 12x12 are usually 10.00 or more. It is only $3 to print you 12x12 if you print 10 pages in the year you have the membership you have already saved yourself $20. While it might seem like a big commitment up front it is still the best deal I have found. I know that Sam's club has prints for a few cents cheaper but i don't belong there. the only thing I don't like about costco is if you want it printed in 12x12 it has to be uploaded in that size and if you want to make a smaller copy (like for a gramndma album) you have to re upload it the sight in the size you want. It is a lot of work but to save money it is worth it. The other thing is if you are unhappy with your prints or uploaded them wrong Costco will take them back and refund your money. All in all costco is the best bet for large format printing.

I have just discovered the photo center at costco and love it for this reason: They will ship your order for free. The way that I see it, I am saving $ on prints and gas. I don't even have to pile the kids into the car! They will even ship to a different address than yours (if you are adding pages to someone's gift album and aren't too worried about wrapping paper).

Another idea: if you have someone in your family or circle of friends that has a membership, couldn't you share it?

I called my Sam's Club and they don't do 12 x 12 printing. Or was I given wrong info?
