Only thing I could suggest is something Stacey taught in her journaling class - center justification is considered weak unless it's a formal announcement. the layout is really great!!!

That's so funny because I was just reading the same thing in a scrap mag earlier this evening.... They suggest it be both right and left justified since my journaling is flanked by photos on both sides... I have never tried to justify both right and left... Sounds really complicated... Anyone out there have a trick?

Don't worry justification is a piece of cake, I'm sure someone with elements can tell you how easily.

Sorry I can't help with justification but I did want to say how great I think the layout looks!

What is that justification called when all the lines are equally spread within the margins... box-like? I used it here, but I have no idea what to call it! Whatever it's called, it might work well for you!

Yep that's what I need. I think it it's called plain old "Justify" which I don't have in PSE 4. I have Right Justify or Left Justify and Middle...I am hoping someone out there knows a nice simple trick to "get'er done".. LOL.. I shall try the PSE forum...Thanks Sandra

You can never go wrong with left justification.

Idea #1 for a simple trick for full width justified text:

Lay it out in Word in the size and font you need. Hit the justify button. You might want to make it way larger so you have some resolution to downsize it.

Screen shot.

Warning: It's not going to be as smooth as letters from a digital image editing program.

Idea #2: Lay it out in Word. Save as HTML, view in your Web Browser, and screen shot. I forget if you can save as a JPEG from Word, that might be worth a try, too.

Idea #3: Does Paint Shop Pro still have a 30 day trial edition? jasc.com

Idea #4: If you have Microsoft Publisher, it'll let you lay the words out, and save as a jpeg.
