Hi,
Hi am fairly new to this site and have placed a couple of orders recently. One of the elements was missing from a kit and I sent an email to address listed on the "Contact Us" page. It was after hours on Monday, and I got an automated-reply stating the email had been received and that I should expect a reply within 24 hours, but so far I haven't had any further reply. It's now been over 48 hours.....do you think I should call instead? Does anyone know if maybe the responsible person (or people) might be on vacation? Not sure what to do next.....

Sandy your best bet would be to PM or email either the designer of the kit or Margie. Margie might not be able to help but she could point you in the right direction as to who you should contact. Hope that helped! :)
Is this the address you used? Give it another try, just in case your first email went astray - which can certainly happen. I know someone will be able to help you!

The address I used was info@digitalscrapbookplace.com which was listed on the Contact Us page. Per Stephani's reply above, I tried to find contact info for Merle Bartho, but there was only one "Merle" on the member list and since there was only one post by her, I doubted this was the right Merle. I didn't know who "Margie" was, but I then found a thread with her name listed, indicating she was the owner, so I have just used the "Email Margie" link provided with her name. Hopefully she will get my mail and reply.
Thanks for your reply to my question. If I don't hear back from Margie, I'll send another email using the address you suggested. As you can tell, I'm new to this site, so I'm not sure who's who, if you know what I mean. LOL!!!

i've pointed her to the store, so she'll be good very soon! and fyi, click on team digital in the top menu to get the contact info for any of the staff. hth. :)

and btw, we did have an injury to our customer service rep who gets the info@ emails! :eek: she's okay, but just a little backed up now!

Thank you Abby, Meryl, Margie and Kim!!!! You guys were great to get me the element so fast. Thank you for your help. I'll learn my way around here after a bit, I hope. I LOVE visiting your store. I visit many online digital scrapping stores and sites and I have to say that the designers here are among the very best. I really appreciate the beautiful artwork in the kits and the abundant freebies are wonderful too!
