Stroke Outline Help

I know that someone helped me with this once before, but I can't remember how to do a stroke outline in PS CS!:confused: I love the way it finishes the look & want to do it again. Please?

I'm at work... forgive me if I use incorrect lingo with no PSCS in front of me :)

Is it called layer effects? In your layer pallette double-click on the layer you want to stroke to open the dialogue. It's the same place where you can add shadows, inner glow, outer glow, etc.

Hi! I may be the one who helped you before, but I'm not sure. In PSE I think I have to go to Edit or Edit photo and select "stroke outline." Then you can choose the width, color, inside or outside, etc.
