I'm celebrating today because I just got back from the doc, where I heard a very strong little heartbeat from my 12-week old fetus...... :) Belly's growing very nicely, and wow, this pregnancy is REAL. They think I might be anemic, which might just answer my exhaustion issues (well, might explain why I feel MORE exhausted than with my other two pregnancies)... So, life is really great here in West Lafayette!!! Hugs, y'all!

wow!!! CONGRATS on hearing the heartbeat, Suz! That is always so moving!!!!

I am celebrating today because my new carpet is down and my living room is now back in order after 2 weeks of madness with painting, wainscoting (the breakfast nook too!), trimming, ripping up old carpet... you get the pic..

My desk is now back in the living room and all cleaned off. Now, we won't speak about the dining or kitchen tables, but hey, I've got priorities! ;)

Today is my baby's 1st birthday!!! Yeah!!! So, I am celebrating!!! Talon was born one year ago today, at 36 weeks. I was on bedrest from 20 weeks on...and went into labor with him at 29 weeks, we were able to hold off labor until 36 weeks exactly. I consider him a miracle, so I am definately celebrating him today!!!! :D

Oh, that's wonderful! You have much in common with Suzi Walker and I! Both of us are bedrest moms too!
With my second one I went on bedrest at 19 weeks for pre-term labor. Carly was born at exactly 37 weeks. Congrats to you!

Thanks, Amanda.... Boy, there sure are alot of us in the bedrest club... not exactly a great club to join, huh??? ;) Now that I look back , there are so many people that can relate to exactly what I went thru..but at the time, it was so scary and lonely. Thank goodness it all worked out in the end. I won't be doing that again, though!!! lol! I am done. :)
