As a newbie I'd love to find out DSP scrappers fave sites or books they use to find the inspiring quotations they use in their pages.

Also, do you store them on your PC in a database with keywords, or just go hunting around when you need one?

Any tips would be really appreciated. :D

I just love The Quote Garden: http://www.quotegarden.com/index.html

and Inspiration Peak http://www.inspirationpeak.com/index.html

I just have these bookmarked and then conduct a search in them using a key word.

I downloaded a small shareware programme called AZZ card file - it is invaluable for storing quotes - it works like a digital rolodex file - It runs indefinitley but they ask you pay $12 for it to register it

I am working on a quote group with some other quotation fans, geared JUST for scrappers (that is, short quotes perfect for scrapping and titles). I want it to be a source for sharing, requesting and helping. Watch for a better announcement soon!

I took Lauren's advice awhile back and love AZZ I use it for everything now. The only bad part is I don't have it at work so I have to remember or save my email until I get home :) But it really is a great resource...I do one file with quotes categorized then I do another for brush sites or texture sites etc..

One thing I've found is those little books you can pick up at the dollar store that are like quotes on LOVE, FRIENDSHIP, FATHERS, etc...are great b/c they are already categorized for you and are usually compact and easy to refer too.

Oh I love the AZZ cardfile. I have had it for years! I have LOTS of quotes in it. I also use twopeasinabucket.com and quotegarden.com

Hey lauren - thanks for the tip on that little piece of software! Do you have any more little "proggies that would be useful?"
