PSP... wow moment!

Okay, I have been using PSP for YEARS and I *just* learned you can hold down the shift button and hit page up or page down and it bumps your selection by 10 pixels. Duh! Why didn't I know this??? Also, hold shift and an arrow key and it moves it a single pixel. WOW!

Okay people... why didn't you tell me this before now?! LOL

My question, why does it only work with the Deform tool and not the move tool? Or am I doing it wrong?

Any more tips? I love this stuff!

Ok.. I knew about the Shift arrow moving 1 pixel, but I did NOT know about the 10 pixel move. I guess we all think everyone already knows all these cook tricks. Thanks for the tip Jenna!

Okay, how 'bout these 2?

to move a selection already in place: draw a selection, then with the Move Tool RIGHT click and drag to reposition the selection

to resize and constrain proportions: use the Deform Tool and RIGHT click and drag to resize maintaining aspect ratio for NO distorion

PSP has a lot of cool Right click tricks in addition to holding Ctrl, Shift, or Alt keys. Check out the Status bar at the bottom when using a tool to see the extras it will do
