Torn edges

Is there a plugin for creating torn edges to paper? I use PSEv4.

I've never seen one, but brushes work great by painting on the edges or erasing to make edges look torn.

Thanks - I have done it the manual way, many times. Just would like a quicker way - I found an action at atomic cupcake, but I hate paying for anything now!

Atomic Cupcake does have a free plug-in for torn paper. Check out their free section. They have several fun actions with no charge and they work well with PSE4.

By using brush tool in Photoshop Element you can create a torn edges effect. :)
