I'm Valerie. A divorced mother of 2 (son 10 & daughter 3). My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 1/2 years. I've been scrapbooking since my daughter was born and just started digital scrapbooking (which I find is easier for me) I'm just using Keepsakes Srapbook designer deluxe. I've been using the already made pages and I've dabbled alittle in trying to make my own.

I'm learning so much here. I'm trying to get together all my moms old photos to make albums for the grandkids. Most of them were pretty young and some not born yet when she died. Been looking and getting so many wonderful ideas here. Doing the lo's i hope won't be too hard, it's the journaling I know I will get stuck on.

I tend to journal straight to my children just as if I was writing them a letter. I try to include anything that I would want them to know if I wasn't around. Just start writing and it gets easier and easier.

I'm from down by St. Louis Mo. How exciting, I love birthdays. But it sounds like you'll have your hands full... I have a 3 yr. old daughter and it feels like I have two of them running around. She won't sit still.
