Can anyone help.....drop shadows and beveling

I am having problems getting realistic drop shadows on my folded ribbons, and rimmed tags. See link below.

I am also having problems getting my beveling correct on tags....I am using these settings on PSP-

I used PSP 9.0-inner bevel, bevel #1 (looks like triangle), width 8, smooth 0, depth 10, ambience and shine 0, angel upper left at 315, color white, intensity 50, and elevation 30.
