Purchasing PS CS

When I did a web search for PS CS, I got a long list of websites to purchase it from. My question is...do most of you get the downloaded versions? If so, what is a good site to get it from? Good price? Some prices sound to good to be true. Any help will be greatly appreciated. If I can afford CS instead of Elements, I would rather have it. I want to do paths, etc. :D

Did you find a place to get it?

I bought the boxed version, but if you download it be sure to burn it to CDs right away and write you serial number right on the disks
