Curved Cut PSE 2

I would like to cut paper with a waved cut in PSE 2. Can anyone help me?

These are great: you just click on the shape and you use that selection to cut out your paper.
PSE has a hard time making curves because it doesn't have a pen/path tool that connects points with smooth lines the way PS and PSP have. Instead you use parts of shapes made from the Shape Tool

Thanks! Based on the idea in the tutorial, I created my own custom shape by using a frame (custom shape) and coloring in the rest. I merged the layers and got what I needed. Thanks you!
