Frusterated with PSE 30 day trail. Advice please.

I downloaded the PSE 30 day trial last night because I wanted to see what it was like before I purchased it. I was so excited to try it out today and now when I go on it tells me that I need a serial number and that my 30 day trial has expired. What the heck! Anyone else have issues with this before? It allowed me to get into it last night but I didn't have time to play around with it.

I'd appreciate any help or guidance!

how many days ago did you install it? If you installed it and didn't use for awhile, it'll expire 30 days from install, not 30 days of using it for the first time.

Do you have an alternate computer you can use, like another desktop or laptop? Once you've installed the trial, it places a file in your registry so you can't even install it again.

I do guarantee that you'd like it, though, if you just want to buy a copy

Hi! I used the trial also but had to fix the time on my computer. That caused my trial to no longer work.

Thanks for the replies. I called Adobe tech support and he said unfortunatly there is nothing they can do for me. Said that sometimes that happens. Huh??? He did say something about the clock on my computer. Don't know how to fix that though. I just downloaded it last night so something may have happened during the night. Who knows... I think that I will load it onto my laptop. All my pics are on our desktop but I can email the ones to myself that I want to work with. At least I can try and get a feel for it.

Unfortunately, this happened to me too. Didn't understand that it works from the time you install it not from when you start to use it. I decided that I don't want the product if it really doesn't give me time to use it. I think that is a loss them. I don't know if all companies do that with trial periods but I won't try any again if that's how they work it. This is my own opinion, probably others do not feel that way.
