I really like the Hp Creative Scrapbook Assist. I'm probably going to stick with that for a while. I was just wondering what program you use to "cut" a certain object out of a photo. Do I need something like PSE or is there an inexpensive program I can get for just that purpose? I do have Picture It express and paint but all I can think of to do is erase but it still leaves the white background. Thanks in advance!!!
you'll need something that can have objects separate, like with Layers. HP has bring to front that act as layers. I'd say something with a selection tool would also really help, so you can select the words, then use that to cut out the photo or paper in the word shape. Maybe PI, I've never used it personally. Maybe even HP, though I've never tried that function in there.

PSE is excellent for getting something out that you don't want in the picture. I use the clone stamp and fill in the object with the surrounding background. You can also lasso another object, cut it and paste it closer to whereever you want it. Then just clone the background in the white space!
