Hi, I have been slowly learning digital scrapbooks, using Creating Keepsakes Designer Deluxe.....because it is one of the easier programs, until i move up to pse or something. Now that I have printed out my layouts, I have some very very basic questions....Would appreciate any help with these...
1. printing....what resolution should i print at? CK offers 600 resolution as an option. How should I save my layouts.....in pdf. (??not sure whaat that is)
What is the best paper to print out on.....is photo paper necessary?
2. what is flattening scrapbook images....does CK do this? Do I need to do anything to achieve this affect? (is there another term that CK uses?)
3. can ploppers be imported to CK to use for quick layouts?
4. I use picassa to get pictures off of my camera and to organize. I understand that the orginal isn't touched when i edit...and a new one is
generated with the edits in place. It seems that when i import to CK
I get the orginal picture---not my edited ones. Am I doing something wrong?
