New in town

Hey there! My name is Amanda and I just came across this website yesterday. I think it's great. I've been into scrapbooking for about 6 years or so, but haven't done it in quite a while. I was just married 3 weeks ago and am hoping once things settle down I can get back full force into scrapbooking. With showers, the wedding and the honeymoon, I have lots of pictures waiting for me. I've skimmed the service of digital scrapbooking, but had no idea how big it had become. I am fortunate with the line of work I am in to have access to Photoshop CS and love it. My dilemma with going digital is having the ability to print 12x12 pages (they are my favorite) and even 8.5x11 border to border. My printer can not print all the way to the edge of the page. I'm going a little farther than intorducing myself here so I will stop now. I'm glad to have found this site and look forward to looking through it.

Welcome, Amanda! As you see, I'm very new to this place as well. :)

I wanted to comment on your 12 x 12 dilemna. I just bought an Epson R1800 and anxious to try printing out 12 x 12 pages... but I had heard that Costco (not sure if you live near one or know of anybody who is a member) has the ability to print 12 x 12s?

Just thought I'd pass that along in case you hadn't heard. :)

Welcome to DSP .. if you check out the link 'New to Digital' up in the menu, there's tons of information there. Also, check the various topics in the forums - lots of stuff on printing, sizing, and things of that sort.
