I'm not new to scrapbooking but I took a break for a few years and I'm amazed by how far it has come! I bought a digital scrapbooking program a few months ago and I have been using PSP 9 for web design since PSP 5 was the newest program. Anyway, I'm trying to get back into scrapbooking and the digital avenue offers a way to do w/o the mess all over my dining room.
