In March for the DET contest I did a LO called "Words of Paint" http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=82097&cat=500&ppuser=5260. The photo is from a trip I took 2 yrs ago in Kiawah. I got a brochure from them asking if anyone had any vaca photos that they might use. So I sent in a few, and shortly after they sent me an email wanting my permission to use my photos for their advertising. I immmediately said yes!!!! This past week I was in Kiawah and talked to the head of their Sales and Marketing. They just received POSTCARDS, with my photo on it! On the front corner it says " There are summer vacations. Then there is Kiawah."
I was told they might use this photo and a few others that I had sent for future ads as well. :)

Another quick update!!!!! Today I got a brochure from Kiawah. They've used my picture again in their Fall/Winter brochure! I'm on another high again. Somebody pinch me.

Oh Kris, that must be so fabulous to see your postcards and now a brochure, I was just tickled to get my first kit posted. Congratulations, I had thought at one point I should sent a few New England and Jeckyll Island photos, layouts, but didn't get round to it, perhaps I should,
