Ok, I must be a little slow. I was able to add two other blinkies to my signature but for some reason, this one does not work. I followed the tutorial (even though the other two worked fine) and it still just puts url text on the page instead of the actual blinkie. Any ideas? Thanks
And thanks to Mandy for this cool blinkie!

Okay, Meryl, LOL, I have been trying to add your blinkie but after I do the whole properties thing and paste it - it only adds the link address to my signature. Do I need another link? I have viewed the tutorial and I just must not be understanding? Thanks a bunch!

Hi there - I'll field this one...
When you paste the blinkie in on its own (ie: its properties and address) it stands alone... but you can add an active link to a gallery or forum as well.
in the case of the T42 blinkie, I linked it to Meryl's forum link. Here are the details - you just have to put in the missing []square brackets one before the first

You can do likewise in your signature to link your gallery to a thumbnail image of your layout in your signature...

Thank you so much Mandy - nothing like getting the Blinkie Queen (thats Mandy) instead of the Blinkie Dimwit (that's me!!!) to answer :) Hope this helps!

Lindalou - so for example, if you wanted your signature to include a thumbnail of one of your layouts and link to gallery.
First you would copy your gallery address and then insert the details
Then you insert the blinkie or your layout thumbnail properties using the insert image button (looks like a yellow square with triangles) - but the square brackets url = and square brackets /url to close the link, must encompass both your gallery address and the image thumbnail.
To get the properties of your layout thumnail: right click on the thumnail and copy the properties.
So in your case to get...

Your code is the following but with a [ in front of the first url= and ] behind the last [IMG
url=http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=39317][IMG]http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/data/2753/thumbs/JillyBean-and-Her-Daddy.jpg[/IMG
Hope this helps.
