Problem with download

Not sure if this is the right forum or not.

I just bought two kits (well one kit and one QC). I downloaded them both and when I tried to poen them i get the message:
"An error has occured while expanding the file [filename] (tried to position to before start of file).
error #-40"

This is happening to both files. I tried downloading again and the same thing happened. I am scared as I only have three more downloads each and want to resolve the issue before downloading again.

Have you tried restarting your computer? (Sometimes it helps...) What software are you using to unzip these?

And don't worry about the 5 downloads limit. If you're still having trouble after using all 5, just email the store and they'll reset it for you.
