Help Please?

My daughter took this photo and it's pretty crappy....but the subject is adorable LOL. she doesn't know the settings on my camera and didn't use the flash. Anyways, I tried to fix it with USM and fixed the red eye. Is there anything else i can do to make the picture look good? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

It is a cute photo. You have improved it a lot. Maybe try an arty filter like from Virtual Photographer? Sometimes these can nudge up a photo that is not so perfect. :)
