This layout was going to be a lot more country - more like tractors etc, but then this photo arrived in the mail and the colours were just perfect.

By the way, clepatb mentioned how stern my grand parents look, that is something that has always bothered me because they were both happy, fun people:D but their pictures look soooo grim. Here is a link to my LO last week where my Grandmother has a big smile at her 90th birthday:) & I am so grateful to have this picture which truly shows her personality:

Isn't it funny how some people just look like that in their photos? My DH always looks like a tin soldier. In order to get a good picture of him it can't be a posed one. He just can't help himself - lol. Your grandmother's 90th birthday picture is very sweet.

mine and I did end up changing the photo to sepia. It looks a lot better that way!
