Colour/Color Schemes that ROCK!

As a relative newbie to all of this I've often admired other layouts and wondered "how did they choose such a GREAT colour scheme?!". :confused:

Well I just came across this chat transcript (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/university/ColorChat4-5-04.shtml) in the DSU tutorials.

Note: The "Color Schemer" square colour wheel mentioned in the transcript was a bit of a mind-bender. :eek:

I constantly find myself struggling with color, but these tutorials really do help and I am becoming more and more aware of color combinations and "why" they appeal to me. I'm also paying more attention to professional print graphics in magazines, the web and TV as sources of inspiration. That and the Behr color inspiration site.

Some people just have an eye for it and some of us are still learning :o
