I have entered two challenges where you are to receive free download add ons. However while the link works to download the download does not open or unstuff. I have no idea where it is I put the password to make this process work.
Thanks for any help with this.

This used to happen occasionally to me also. I made sure I had the latest upgrade to stuffit expander (free at their website). Also, I have a folder on my desk top I named "Expand Here" - for the times I get that pesky message when trying to unstuff an encrypted file. Open stuffit expander first and then drag the file into stuffit expander (instead of double clicking). Then you will be asked for the password.
Oh, the reason for the "Expand Here" folder is for the times you can't "see" what you've expanded. For some reason once in a blue moon, this happens during a challenge download. Nothing there. In your preferences indicate that you want stuffit expander to open in another folder - thus the "expand here" folder. This has happened a couple of times during a challenge/chat. They'll tell you to control click (apple click) but that doesn't do it. Hope this works for you.
