Hello all. I have owned PSP for years and upgrade each time they offer. I use it alot for photo correction such as removing unwanted items in a photo and doing artisitic changes.
However, I have not designed any DSB Pages yet. I think I would love it but just don't even know where to start. It used to be before Corel took over that you could download tubes from PSP; however, I don't seem to see that anymore. So I guess I need to make my own which is why I am here.
I signed up to be a mentee and hope to learn a lot here and contribute back to the group.
Thanks for reading the email. Hope to get to know you soon.

With your existing knowledge Brenda you are already well on your way - I suggest you click on the New to Digital Link and do the "first Page"tutorial that is listed there . I look forward to seeing your first layout in the gallery

Thank you , all for the warm welcome and great links!
I am super embarrased to say that I tried doing one of the tutorials and could not do it. Laughing really hard at myself. Of course I have a migraine the size of TX so focus is not one of my strong points right now. I can't wait to contribute.

Welcome Brenda! I use PSP9. I started out using one of the Adobe Elements programs years ago just to fix up old photos, then got onto PSP6, then 7,8,9. I love 9 but will probably gravitate to X eventually. There are lots of tutorials here plus if you already know your way around PSP you are half way there! I went crazy for tubes when I first started, now I dont use as many. The transparent pngs in the kits in the store are great and easily resized if you need to. Check out the free downloads too, lots of great stuff in there. It is also not that hard to produce your own tubes now and you can make the pngs into tubes if you want as well. Hope your headache improves soon! :)
