Hey all...well this is just fate kicking in...I was into paper scrapbooking and have since then run out of time for it...I'm not one to finish a page quickly :( So about a week ago I got all my supplies together and took pictures so I can sell what is left on ebay...thought...I just need to take a break...I'm into a ton of crafts and that was the most time consuming one I did...then...on a search for tutorials on Photoshop so I can perfect my pictures of my sculpting that I'm working on a business with..here you all are...wow I say...you mean I could maybe still do my scrapbooks?? Almost to amazing to believe!!! So here I am...Obviously brand new to digital scrapbooking!!! I do know a bit about photoshop CS not a ton but I honestly think I could spend my entire life learning new things about this program :) So...here I am...hoping to learn...and maybe if I'm lucky create some pages in less than my usual time frame making it a viable craft :):)

Ok...that is a bit of background on how I got here...now lets see...I have a camera I love.. (christmas present) A nikon Coolpix s1...I have a 2 1/2 year old little girl, Savannah..and wanted a camera that I could get in my purse that would take decent shots seeing as how I was notorious for always saying "wish I had my camera right now"...So now I have a ton of pictures and keep on taking them!! Still learning the camera but I think it does a decent enough job with my pitiful experience probably being what shows through :) Have the Adobe CS Suite so no shortage on programs to edit with if I can learn them :):) And just ordered a Digital drawing tablet...thought it might make working in Photoshop a bit easier...I fight with my mouse just about everytime I work with it..I only want to move a tad and it wants to jump monstrous amounts...I'm sure you have heard that before...

Oh wow... I guess I really really need to hush...didn't mean to drag on and on...*slap upside the head*

I'm here and hopefully will learn something...jumping in...diving in...heck...points for attempts are worth something!!:p

Happy Creating and Namaste,
Kristen

Welcome! Great name<g> and you obviously know how to spell<g>

This is a wonderful place to learn about digital scrapping. And the joy of digital is that even if it does take you a couple of days to finish a layout (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't) you don't have supplies spread out all over the place. You can just Save and come back to it.
