What are the benefits to having your pages printed in hard bound books as opposed to having the pages printed and put in a binder-style scrapbook? Which do most people prefer to use and why? They're both a little on the pricy size, and I would hate to get one and wish I had gotten the other. The one thing I don't like about the hard bound books is that you can't add to them if you want to.
Thanks!

the difference is an album feel or a book feel. books are more permanent and like you said can't be added to. i plan to do my wedding, adoptions, etc in books. and do my chronological family every day stuff in albums. hth! :)

Thanks! Can you order sheets through DSP? Or just books? Where do most people get their prints from?

I think Id like a hard bound book for each of my children perhaps - but I print all my layouts first anyway and keep them in a regular top loading scrapbook album - I print on my inkjet printer and its the best part of my scrapbooking experience - I just love seeing them come off the printer

Ok cool! So where would I get mine printed? I know I could probably get them at walgreens or something I think, but 12x12 isn't a very popular size, and they probably wouldn't be the cheapest. I'm sure I could order them online but I wouldn't know where to begin looking, or what to look for as far as prices go.
