I haven't posted my layout yet but I like honeymoon's idea for a posting bonus. Maybe the 'memory' of the decade might be used like "The Roaring 20s" or the "The War Years" ; or the generations like 'Baby boomers' , 'generation x' or 'the me generation'. Something like that.
