It can be your baby, your dog whatever you please if you use my new Rub a Dub Dub Page Kit (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=3351.html)! I have had such fun making this kit - the shower curtain, the bath/tub, the bubbles :)

For this week we are going to have a contest based on this kit. You will need to buy the kit and
- use it in the most fun, creative way you can
- upload to the T42 Gallery (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=2621) - they MUST be there if you want them judged :) - if you want your page to share with other challenges, you will have to upload more than once.
- in your description in the GALLERY paste this link for the kit to the store:
http://tinyurl.com/lto9g
- Post a link to your page here in the T42 Forum, in THIS thread, Rub a Dub Dub, who's in the tub?
- Then, final step, and you MUST do this too, go off to the store and write a review for the kit........

You will have a week to do your page/s, they will be judged at 9.00 a.m. EST 24th August (next week Thursday) and the winner will get a voucher for a page kit :)

Good Luck! and have lots of fun :)

Here is my Rub A Dub Dub layout. Oh what fun I had with this one. Gosh...I do seem to have trouble doing the expected, so of course, this is an unusual use of the kit. Don't think this kit is not versatile! I can think of lots of things to use these darling elements for....Even Harley will be able to blow bubbles now. LOL

Here's my Rub A Dub Dub...are you there, Reba? :-)

It's interactive again...never have room for journaling...I like those large photos! So here's the first 2 pages and the 2nd one is with the curtain opened:

I'm not sure how many more LO's I can do. Darn laptop harddrive crashed and had to buy a new hard drive. Everything is all mixed up...can't find fonts or photos...oh dear! Thank goodness I still have all my dsp kits! :-) Hopefully, I'll get it organized soon...there are too many great challenges!

Hey Meryl, you know what would be great in an AOP (not that you were going to do one, but in case the thought ever crossed your mind), is FEET for the bathtub, and a sink maybe, but definately a couple sets of feet for the tub.

Meryl, absolutely love the new Rub a Dub kit with the great starry bg and window and towel rack and great journaling towel. FANTASTIC!

I had more ideas too....how about a hot tub kit...or more like a spa day kit with a hot tub, massage table, oils, towels, maybe a masseuse or masseur that we could add our favorite "heads" to :-) Steam overlay, painted fingernails and toenails. It would be great fun! :-)

I have designed a great Rub a Dub Dub Add on Pack (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=125455&cat=744.html) (or I think its great anyway LOL!) which will be available for you to download, free, once you have done the following:

- Uploaded a fun, creative page using Rub a Dub Dub Page Kit - Deep Tones (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=3407.html)
to the T42 Gallery (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=2621)
- in your description in the GALLERY paste this link for the kit to the store:

http://tinyurl.com/syk2w

- Post a link to your page here in the T42 Forum, in THIS thread, Rub a Dub Dub, who's in the tub?
- Then, final step, if you enjoyed the kit and feel like it, go off to the store and write a review for the kit........ I love reading reviews, but only if you have the time and feels so inclined :)

Once all this is done please p.m. me and I will give you the download link!

This will ONLY be available until our T42 Chat 31st August - after that you will get it in the store :)

Oh thanks for the quick response there Meryl. Can you direct me to the rules of T42 I've only just found you and having read the posts in the forum it sounds like fun and I'd like to join in please. Am I right in thinking everyone does a weekly challenge? Last week was the classic rub-a-dub-dub and this week is the deep tones?

Here's my layout using the dark tones tub kit. I used PSP to create a garden tub effect by making a layer of tropical plants. First I enlarged the window to cover the entire wall and put the tile and plaster backgrounds below that. Then I added the garden effect. I think the plants added a little brightness to the deep tones. This was fun.

This was a fun layout to do! I started out doing a typical kiddie bath scene, and I will post that one next, but I switched gears and decided to do a non-bath layout using the papers and elements as I would with any other kit. I just loved the texture of the plaster paper, which reminds me of suede, and the tile paper is just so beautiful. Here is a link to my layout:
