I've dabbled in digital scrapping for a few years now but haven't found enough time to really go head first. I really like using ploppers and would like to be able to create my own. Is there a tut out there explaining all the steps? If not, could someone help with instructions on creating my own plopper or quick page? Thanks so much!:)

welcome! check the tutorials under beginners and try the creating your first page for whatever program you're using. it'll give you the basic steps. then each program has a bunch of various tutorials for creating different pieces! have fun!

Thanks for the information - I have completed several layouts but would like to learn how to leave the space blank to insert the picture like on the ploppers. Are there any tuts that specifically instruct how to do this or do you just cut that part out and make it transparent?

I use PSE4.
