Hello All - Help

Hey everyone my name is Helene. I'm a mother to 3 grown girls, a grandma to 2 beautiful babies and a wife to a wonderful man! I'm new here but not new to scrapping. I've been creating my passion for over 10 years now. I have numerous albums completed, and I've decided to try digital. I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET MY STARTER KIT.....and it arrived yesterday, but sadly it didn't work??
Anyone have any ideas other than sending it back?

I haven't used the starter kit, so I'm afraid I can't offer any help there, but I just wanted to say welcome!

ahhh ty! Im excited to get going in this medium. I have so so many pics of my grandbabies and I want to complete joint albums, one for me and one for them so I thought digital would be perfect!
