Well, those must be the obvious ones, because they're the ones I thought of.
Here's another hard one to do, though: Birth Story and/or hospital stay
For some reason that one was really intimidating to me. Probably because it seems so important and because I have a billion photos!
Here are some more milestones, or events, just to jog everyone's memory:
First haircut
Rolling over
First tooth
I was also thinking of doing one page with a few of the smaller milestones like:
Finding toes
Holding spoon
Pushing up
Grabbing a toy
Finding thumb
Sleep through the night
Oh, and I decided that my "theme" is just going to be my kit. Most LO's in the album will be done using one kit. Some I'll do with different kits if they just seem to need a different color scheme. It won't look completely cohesive, but then again, if they were all the same, the person looking at the scrapbook would start to ignore the backgrounds and just look at the photos. I put too much time into a LO for them to just ignore it! :)

I must be such a mean mom ... I keep dressing my little boy in costumes and taking pictures lol
He has so far been a pumpkin, a leprechaun, a bunny and now I just bought him a lion outfit for this halloween.
then I do monthly pages of him hes now 11 months so Im not sure how often I will do pages after 1 year but one day I swear hes gonna hate me HAHA
Ah well

I know with my son's first year album I did a combination of milestones, monthly pictures and family events but sometimes it was just the day to day moments that were the sweetest. The ones that show the emerging personality.

I think I am going to take a picture each month then journaling his milestones for the month.

For the first 2 PG LOs for each of my boys, I did a "Year in Review" type thing - sort of like a highschool yearbook layout. I had their hospital photo and birth stats; price of gas and stamp; notable events in the news and in the family; where we lived; a photo of their birth bracelets with a penny in the middle for scale; birth announcement from paper; a little blurb with their horoscope and what their names mean; and a little journalling called "Did you know that..." with random facts such as what they would have been called if they were girls, what their original due date was, etc.

I also think it is super cute to take the baby's picture with the same stuffed animal every month for their first year - I did not do this, but wish I had.

I also did one full page of journaling for their birth stories. It was easier for my 2nd son, since I wrote it all down the next day, whereas with my 1st son I was trying to remember exactly what happened and how I felt 3 years later. Also, my 1st was a C-Section, and 2nd was natural, so I found I had a LOT more to say with the 2nd. lol
