Blue Clues Kit?

Blues Clues would be copyrighted, so you will probably not be able to find anything specifically Blues Clues, but you could use any blue kit for the feel of it :)

There's a kit in the freebies with a blue spotted background - and a rubber duck and soap. IN the pretty early freebies.

The wallpaper backgrounds in Steve's/Joe's house should be fairly easy to create digitally, or I should say I did one of them in real paint and cardboard for my child's bday party. It wasn't hard - just study the ones in the show; they're simple patterns.
