We lost our beautiful boxer Summer after a shock heart infection. We miss her so much and I have the most gorgeous photograph of her but I just don't know where to begin. I've done a few layouts so I'm not looking for practical help just some ideas.
Ideally would have liked a plopper type thing that I could write on but haven't really found one.

You can pload to your gallery (it is free). It makes it easier for everyone to see. Those are GREAT pictures. What kind of colors are you hoping to use? You might want to scan the freebies section for a kit that has colors you like and then we would have a better direction to move in for helping you.

Thanks so much for your input, I've put them into my gallery.
I've had great inspiration with my other projects but maybe I'm just a bit sad to get this one off the ground right away.:(
I've been playing around with a sort of clouds background, something soft and that will echo the colours in the picture. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you are able to buy a kit, I LOVE both BENEDICTION and KINDRED SPIRITS. They both have a softness to them that would suit what you are looking for. And are also a soft blue which will go well with the baby photo. As for free stuff, you might try creating a soft blue background yourself and add texture to it OR search through the freebies for a soft blue background (look in bakgrounds as well as kits). Are you wanting to journal a lot, or something small? If it is something small, you might try the free quick click that has two circles. I hope this helps.

That pictures is absolutely adorable. Have you tried the digitalscrapbook freebies? Look thru them there are a ton of great ones that would go great with that lovely picture. I have a dog frame from another sight. I know the sight was how I got linked to this sight. I will look uyp[ the name and let you know later. I hope you have good luck. If you want I would love to make a layout for you, but I am not too good at uploading the pictures. I love to make layouts. My taste might not be what you are looking for.
